Privacy choices
The right action depends on whether the information is on your device, in your own cloud drive, in a Personal Account, or controlled by a Team organization.
Delete local records in ProStamp and manage exported copies separately in Apple Photos, the Android system media gallery, Files, iCloud, or any destination where you saved them. Removing the app does not necessarily remove copies stored elsewhere.
If your version offers a Personal Account, open Settings, choose Account & Plans, then use Delete Account under Account deletion. Confirming permanently deletes the Personal Account and asks ProStamp to remove the account data it controls, subject to temporary protected backups and legal requirements.
From the completed Personal Job, disable an active private link or delete the request or Job. ProStamp then queues deletion of the controlled server copy. Content already saved or forwarded by a recipient remains under that recipient’s control.
Disconnecting a provider removes ProStamp’s stored connection credentials. Files already backed up remain in your own drive until you delete them there or revoke access with Google or Microsoft.
Contact the workspace owner or manager about company-controlled evidence. Removing a member does not necessarily erase business evidence or audit records the organization must retain.
Deleting a ProStamp account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through the store account used to purchase it.
Email [email protected]. If your request concerns a remote acknowledgment, include the request ID if available, but do not send the complete private link or a copy of the signature by email. ProStamp may need to verify your identity or authority before acting.
