Create the Job, choose a checklist template, attach the required evidence to each item, then mark the Job complete before generating its report.

Personal Jobs and client acknowledgment
Use remote client acknowledgment
Open a completed Job, choose Request Remote Acknowledgment, review the exact summary and reduced previews, then share the private link. The client does not need ProStamp or an account.
Understand link status
Private links normally expire after seven days. Opened means the client viewed the review; Signed means ProStamp can import the response. A disabled, expired, or replaced link can no longer be used.
Delete or manage data
Delete a request or its Personal Job to remove the controlled server copy, or delete your Personal Account from Account & Plans where available. App-store subscriptions are managed separately through Apple or Google Play.
Anyone with the complete private link may be able to review and respond. Share it only with the intended client. Client acknowledgment records a response; it does not verify identity, authorize payment, or create a notarized signature.
