Terms of Use
Terms for ProStamp apps, subscriptions, and services.
These Terms explain how you may use ProStamp, including the iOS app, optional ProStamp Pro subscription, Team Workspace services, website, and verification tools.
Effective date: July 8, 2026 · Contact: [email protected]
App Store purchases
Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed, renewed, canceled, and refunded through Apple.
Field evidence
ProStamp helps document work, but it does not replace professional, legal, insurance, or compliance review.
Your content
Your photos, videos, logos, reports, and work-site data remain your responsibility and under your control.
Team workspaces
Workspace owners and managers control member access, project assignments, exports, and team evidence handling.
Agreement to These Terms
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using ProStamp, you agree to these Terms. If you use ProStamp for a company, organization, or client, you represent that you have authority to use ProStamp for that purpose and to handle the related photos, videos, reports, and workspace data.
ProStamp is designed for professional field documentation. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms in your location, use ProStamp only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Apple App Store License
If you downloaded ProStamp from the Apple App Store, ProStamp is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, Apple's Standard EULA. These Terms supplement those Apple terms and do not limit any rights you have under Apple's terms or applicable law.
The license for the iOS app is a non-transferable license to use ProStamp on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules, including Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple allows it.
These Terms are between you and ProStamp, not Apple. ProStamp is responsible for the app, app content, product support, product claims, warranty claims to the extent not disclaimed, and intellectual property claims related to ProStamp. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for ProStamp.
To the extent any warranty applies and the iOS app fails to conform to that warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for ProStamp. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the iOS app and may enforce these Terms against you as such.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
ProStamp may offer optional paid subscriptions, including Pro plans that unlock professional features such as advanced exports, watermark options, and personal cloud backup features where available. Subscription features, prices, billing periods, free trials, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
For subscriptions purchased through the iOS app, Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, tax, receipt, Family Sharing where available, and refund eligibility. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple Account settings or Apple's subscription cancellation instructions. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple through Apple's refund request process.
If ProStamp later offers web or invoice-based purchases outside the App Store, the checkout, order form, or written agreement for that purchase may include additional billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.
Accounts and Team Workspaces
Basic capture may be available without a ProStamp account. Some features, including subscription restore, personal cloud features, Team Workspace, organization membership, project assignment, evidence upload, and manager review may require sign-in.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Team workspace owners and managers are responsible for inviting the correct members, assigning roles and projects, reviewing exports, removing access when needed, and complying with their organization's policies.
Your Content and Permissions
Your photos, videos, logos, work profiles, addresses, location information, reports, archives, notes, project data, and other materials remain yours or your organization's, as applicable. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to capture, upload, verify, export, share, or store that content.
When you use a ProStamp feature that processes content, you give ProStamp permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested feature. For details about privacy and data handling, see the Privacy Policy.
Evidence and Verification Disclaimer
ProStamp helps create timestamped, GPS-stamped, and tamper-evident documentation. It does not guarantee that a photo, video, report, address, timestamp, location, weather reading, verification result, or exported file will be accepted by a court, insurer, customer, employer, regulator, or any other third party.
Device sensors, network time, GPS, maps, weather providers, address lookup services, file metadata, camera permissions, user settings, editing, compression, sharing tools, and third-party storage can affect the accuracy, availability, or interpretation of field documentation. You are responsible for preserving originals, checking results before relying on them, and deciding whether ProStamp output is appropriate for your work.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ProStamp to:
- Violate law, privacy rights, property rights, or contracts.
- Harass, surveil, mislead, impersonate, or harm another person.
- Create, alter, upload, or share evidence in a fraudulent or deceptive way.
- Interfere with ProStamp's services, security, infrastructure, accounts, APIs, or verification systems.
- Copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, sublicense, or distribute the app or services except where allowed by law or open-source license terms.
- Use ProStamp in a country or by a person where use would violate U.S. export controls, sanctions, or other applicable restrictions.
Third-Party Services
ProStamp may interoperate with third-party services, including Apple services, Cloudflare hosting, identity providers, cloud storage providers, map and location services, weather services, email providers, and payment providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
ProStamp is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, external websites, outages, policy changes, or account decisions made by those providers.
Service Changes and Availability
ProStamp may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, platforms, plans, prices, APIs, integrations, storage rules, upload limits, verification methods, or support options. We try to avoid disruptions, but we do not guarantee that ProStamp will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, network, storage provider, browser, or workflow.
Disclaimers
ProStamp is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProStamp disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProStamp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, replacement services, or loss of goodwill, even if ProStamp has been advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProStamp's total liability for claims related to the app, website, subscriptions, services, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to ProStamp for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
Termination
You may stop using ProStamp at any time. ProStamp may suspend or terminate access to accounts, workspaces, services, or features if required by law, if your subscription or workspace access ends, if a third-party provider requires it, or if you violate these Terms.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections about your content, evidence disclaimers, acceptable use, third-party services, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and contact.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as ProStamp evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of ProStamp after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
